This new first floor apartment boasts views across the beautiful village of Mazotos. This quiet, rural, traditional village offers a very relaxing atmosphere yet is only a 15 minute drive from Larnaca.  The apartment has a spacious balcony and a large communal swimming pool with sun loungers.

The apartment is fully furnished with modern fixtures and fittings. The main bedroom can accommodate  two single beds or one double bed - whichever is preferred. With the double sofa bed in the living room plus a further two single seats that fold out to form beds and can be sited in either the living room or bedroom areas, the apartment can sleep a maximum of six.

Living area and bedroom have air conditioning/heating units and roof fans fitted. The main living room/dining area is open plan with sofa and two chairs, coffee table, TV/DVD and dining table which seats six. The kitchen area has fridge freezer, cooker, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and all new cutlery/utensils etc. The bathroom has a bath and a shower.

The large balcony enjoys the sun from early morning and you have the advantage of overlooking a large children's play area which offers a safe environment for children to play.

Cyprus enjoys a Mediterranean climate with lots of sunshine throughout the year. The skies are clear blue in summer and higher temperatures are made more pleasant by a nice sea breeze. Winters are cooler but mild.
